This high intensity two day event focuses on deploying, integrating, and using Google Apps for Education and other Google Tools to promote student learning in K-12 and higher education. The program features Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps for Education Certified Trainers, practicing administrators, solution providers, Google engineers, and representatives from the Google education teams.

The new red pen: Providing student feedback without all that ink

One of the most important roles of a teacher is to provide students with quality feedback that will help them develop and learn. Red ink comments in the margins of essays is one way to do this and these have their place at times, however it is a bit old school. We'll play with several ways that Google Apps for Education allows you to provide your students with quality feedback in ways that you didn't think were possible. We will start with the basic and build up to some advanced automagical ways of helping your students continue to grow.
